Election Information

Important Dates and Times (GMT-6)

  • Friday-Sunday, October 13th to October 17nd @ 11:59 pm MST: Voting Period

    The Voting form will open on the morning of October 20th. Students are strongly encouraged to vote for the FYEC executive team. The Voting form will close at 11:59 pm on October 22nd.

Voting Formatting

  • Candidates’ videos, headshot, and answers to the questions will be compiled for students to view at essualberta.ca the week of the election. The website link will be posted on eClass when voting begins.

  • Students will vote through the Voting google form that will be available on eClass.

  • Only first-year engineering students at the University of Alberta may vote. Students may only vote once.

  • Note: Students must be logged into their ualberta email to access the Voting form.
