What previous experience do you have in coordinating and scheduling large groups of people, and/or why do you think you would be able to perform this role well?

I have experience from my previous positions in clubs, where I helped with organizing/running meetings as well as planning events and fundraisers, which involved working with large groups of people. I am a good fit for this role because of the communication and organizational skills I've developed.

How do you plan to get people involved in volunteering for events?

To get people involved in volunteering, I plan to make getting involved easy and accessible. I would also clearly explain different roles and how volunteers can benefit from contributing their time, such as developing skills that translate to engineering, meeting new people and gaining experience.
