GEER Week 81

Theme: High School Musical

GEER Week is an annual series of events in the second week of January that celebrates the culture engineering students have developed as a faculty over the last hundred years. The goal of GEER Week is to foster a sense of community and pride in students while providing them with the opportunity to participate in activities not directly related to their degree. From large team exercises such as dodgeball, to artistic ventures such as movie night, GEER Week is packed with activities for all to enjoy.

All ten discipline clubs embrace a chosen theme for the week and compete in a variety of events, all in hopes of being crowned GEER Week Champions!

Previous themes have included: House of the Beaver, My ChemE Romance, The GEERate Kid, Let’s get Engg Physical, CivE-Doo, and more!

Ticketed events include: Opening Ceremonies, Mixology, Are you Smarter Than a First Year, Drag Show, Spelling Bee, Battle of the Bands, and The Engineers' Banquet.

Tickets will need to picked up at either the GEER Store or Event Venue. Ticket pickups will stop 30 minutes after the start of the event, so please arrive as early as possible to pick them up.

All participants are required to sign a Digital Waiver (if they are over the age of 18) OR have their legal guardian sign a Digital Informed Consent Form (if they are under 18) in order to attend and participate in GEER Week events. Please note that there will be no physical waivers.
