  • Continue to maintain a reasonable budget

  • Creative sales plans such as flash sales to increase attention

  • New clothing ideas (possibly bringing back Varsity jackets)

  • Maintain inventory

  • Asking for people’s opinions on what they want

  • Possibly start online orders due to high demand

Recruitment

  • Year-round recruitment

  • Greater interaction with volunteers to reduce lack of engagement (especially near ends of semesters)

  • More emphasis on transition documentation and opportunities to learn about possible roles

Human Resources

  • Greater advertising and more accessibility for HR (since it is historically underutilised)

  • Increased feedback for ESS events and running the GEER store to help suggest changes

  • Clearer organisation of online files

  • Increase participation in volunteer appreciation events
