- Continue to order engg paper in a variety of styles and colours 
- Continue to maintain a reasonable budget 
- Creative sales plans such as flash sales to increase attention 
- New clothing ideas (possibly bringing back Varsity jackets) 
- Maintain inventory 
- Asking for people’s opinions on what they want 
- Possibly start online orders due to high demand 
Recruitment
- Year-round recruitment 
- Greater interaction with volunteers to reduce lack of engagement (especially near ends of semesters) 
- More emphasis on transition documentation and opportunities to learn about possible roles 
Human Resources
- Greater advertising and more accessibility for HR (since it is historically underutilised) 
- Increased feedback for ESS events and running the GEER store to help suggest changes 
- Clearer organisation of online files 
- Increase participation in volunteer appreciation events
